REVIEW BY PBS (106.7FM Melbourne)

*** Track 6. - "Ain't Nobody's Business " Written by Jimmy Witherspoon, Porter Grainger and Everett Robbins.

"Classic slow Blues, originally from the great Jimmy Witherspoon in 1948, has been given one amazing workout here in a duo setting that has so much grunt about it. Jimmy chose to introduce his with some piano but the walking upright bass followed by some stinging guitar certainly hits the right note indeed. Solo vocals lead into the scintillating duo vocals and then it is a vocal avalanche of perfection.

"Man the vocals on this one can't be beat or bettered. They go together like vegemite and toast or Sonny and Brownie. The prominent bass throughout is a treat as is the guitar that is a show in itself.

"There is a powerful confidence in this offering that just lights up the recording that electrifies the sound and resonates with the listener in every way.

"Now this is great Blues, let me tell you.
